Optimizing in-home medical services
RoadL developed proprietary risk stratification software that provides real time analytics, giving us the ability to prioritize and dispatch, real-time medical providers to the patient’s home, through our large provider network.
Our Approach
We provide comprehensive care management and dispatch providers as needed. Whether initiated through our population health management platform or by a partner organization, we deliver real-time provider deployment directly to patients. Our network supports both scheduled primary care visits and urgent visits, with provider availability and arrival times easily tracked through our mobile map-sharing technology. RoadL also serves as an alternative to the Emergency Room, offering patients timely and accessible care.
