At ROADL

Real-Time Monitoring of Patient Readings: Remote Patient Monitoring Devices
We offer caregivers and care managers access to real-time readings from patients' remote monitoring devices, synced with schedules in Exchange. Caregivers receive clinical interventions on their cell phones, enabling them to advise patients promptly based on the readings.

Enhanced Compliance with Medical Orders
Our platform grants home care providers access to a robust network of healthcare professionals who can visit patients at home. Through bi-directional API integration, data is seamlessly pulled and pushed into Exchange, ensuring compliance with medical orders without manual intervention.

Construction of an employee health integration
This platform offers agencies the ability to provide caregiver access to providers in the convenience of their home so that employee medical requirements are current. It includes blood and drug testing at the location of choice for the employee.

Connect to our health information exchange which provides real-time monitoring
The health plans measure this as one of the quality metrics. Having insights into hospital activity allows us to conduct Transitional Care Management assessments when patients are back home, ensuring comprehensive, updated care plans are implemented.
